There is nothing better than an exhilarating yoga experience to begin your week. Join us each week for our virtual Power Yoga events. Build strength, restore flexibility, and de-stress body and mind with classes suited to yogis of all levels.


Each event is 50-minutes and promises to leave you feeling on top of the world. Come join us as we challenge your mind and body through our immersive yoga event.


VINYASA                             


Try our new guided practice where your teacher provides more deliberate cues throughout class.


HIIT                                       


Experience our new high-tempo format that blends intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods.


YIN                                        


Experience long connective tissue stretches and meditative breathing for greater breathing and self-acceptance.


MEDITATION                    


Develop a conscious, calm mind through meditation with a focus on breathing.
